Ivana Franekova, a qualified, accredited & certified Life Coach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
I started my journey into Life | Business Coaching and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) well over 14 years ago. Having trained as a paediatric nurse originally, I wanted to explore further opportunities in helping therapies and I chose studies of Coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
I work with professional and private clients who value my experience and expertise.
In business environments, I coach identified core team of the company on the variety of issues. From staff to managers and CEOs, recognising areas for improvement is a number one priority. Work-related issues can negatively affect both professional and personal areas, and we work together on developing a structured plan of action to make sure the issues are tackled successfully.
Group coaching is a big part of my work and I create tailored coaching programmes for identified core issues of the company. Topics can include communication skills, assertiveness levels, work/ life balance, leadership skills, transitioning into new role, team management and many more.

With private (individual) clients, I mainly deal with confidence and anxiety issues, presented in various aspects of client’s life (work & personal). Other areas I cover are: work/life balance; relationships (personal & work); dating (please view my ‘projects’ for more details) and many other.
I often work with London’s boroughs and councils on schemes for unemployed people. The coaching programmes I design help with confidence, interview skills, anxiety around starting a new job and much more.
I have private practices at London’s Liverpool Street (The City) and Stanmore, Greater London.
